HOW WE WORK
Premiere Home Systems is an Electronic Systems Contractor specializing in custom design and installation of complete audio and video systems. Our goal is to meet and exceed our customers' home electronic needs today, while preparing for the future.
Premiere Home Systems will complete the following work at each stage of the installation process.
DESIGN
When building a house it is important to have a complete house plan before you pour the foundation. The same is true with audio and video systems. The Design stage is tailored to assessing your wants and needs, transferring them to an overall system design that complements the way you live.
PRE-WIRE
Transforming the system design into an enjoyable audio/video system starts with the pre-wire. At this stage, all of the necessary wire is run to the locations determined by the system design. At Premiere Home Systems, we pride ourselves on our ability to help you plan ahead by recommending wiring for everything you might want or need in the future - before the drywall is installed. That way, you'll have the flexibility to add the components and features that you may want in the future.
TRIM OUT
The drywall is up, the walls have been painted and it is finally starting to look like a house. It is time for us to start getting ready to complete the electronics system in your home. The Trim-out stage involves installing wall plates, speakers, volume controls and prepare and test all of the wiring for the final inspection and equipment installation.
FINISH INSTALLATION
Finish installation is the actual installation of the electronic components necessary to complete the system. We like to meet with our clients a month or so before this stage to go over new equipment models and pricing. As electronics prices are consistently changing we feel it is important for you to purchase equipment when it is needed not months before at possibly higher prices. After all of the main cleaning is done and the house is totally secure we deliver and install all of the electronic components.
PROGRAMMING
Our systems are designed with ease of use in mind. The right components and our state-of-the-art programming provide a system that can be turned on and easily used with a simple press of a button. Some people can only dream of a coffee table without a pile of remotes; for Premiere Home Systems customers, it's a reality.
SERVICE
At Premiere Home Systems, we believe in treating our clients the way we want to be treated. That may sound simple but in a world with so called customer service call centers and auto attendants that is not always a consumer reality. We start by using products that we know, have tested and stand behind 100%. On the rare occasion that there's a problem, we diligently take care of it right away. That's why we make sure all of our clients have our office number as well as our cell phone numbers. We want to maintain our excellent customer satisfaction with our clients. Leaving them with the security in knowing that we will be around to take are of them for years to come and the confidence in us to refer us to friends and family.
